Tatsuo was born and raised in Osaka. Since he was a kid, he had been impressed to listen to Japanese 80's,90's music. When he was 18 years old, he decided to move to Tokyo in order to play music and go to Waseda University. He went through Japanese traditional music, Visual rock band, Industrial band and Acoustic solo singer.

When the earthquake and tsunami occurred in Japan, he was thinking about what he wanted to do more deeply. And he decided to come to NY to concentrate music more and let people in the world know Japanese culture. Now he is a vocal and guitarist in Poku Poku Boys. On the other hand, he joins some sessions and a gospel choir to improve himself.
